About Dr. Shah Khan
Dr. Shah Khan is an award-winning, neurologically-based chiropractor in Dallas, Texas, and the founder of Inspire Chiropractic. With a background in Behavioral Neuroscience and advanced postgraduate training in pediatric chiropractic, childhood development, and functional neurology, Dr. Shah is passionate about helping individuals and families better understand the nervous system and its role in health, development,
and function.
His clinical training includes advanced pediatric and family chiropractic education through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, as well as specialized training in Webster and perinatal care. He is also trained as a PX Doc and Torque Release Technique practitioner. As his clinical focus has evolved, Dr. Shah has continued to pursue advanced education in childhood developmental disorders and functional
neurology through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies.
Dr. Shah’s approach is centered on neurologically-informed, individualized care. He believes families deserve to understand what is being assessed, why it matters, and how they can actively participate in supporting their health and their child’s development. His clinical interests include pediatric chiropractic, neurodevelopment, sensory and motor function, developmental milestones, primitive reflexes, and the developing nervous system.
Beyond patient care, Dr. Shah is committed to advancing the chiropractic profession and mentoring future chiropractors. He regularly hosts interns and aspiring chiropractors at Inspire Chiropractic, providing hands on exposure to neurologically-based care, clinical reasoning, patient communication, and real-world clinical application.
Raised in Carrollton, Texas, and deeply rooted in the Dallas-Fort Worth community, Dr. Shah has long been driven by a calling to serve others through healthcare and help families live to their fullest potential. Under his leadership, Inspire Chiropractic has grown into a trusted destination for family-focused care in the DFW
area and has been recognized as DFW’s Favorite Chiropractor in 2022, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
